Kamunabi in Sendagi

Excellent chaashuu in fine, light broth. Comes with very good dessert. Outstanding service. More of an experience than a ramen. On the downside: the opening hours are inconvenient and the menu only offers the options “not enough” and “kind of too much” for the chaashuu. Still five stars because sharing one extra set of meat is just right, and the store has character. Lovely

It's a fairly expensive ramen, but it's worth it just to visit my mom here (^-^)

10年以上前何回か来店した程度の店だが、強烈な印象が残っている店。最後に訪れたのは丁度今の時期で、とても暑い夏の開店時だったと記憶している。学生さんっぽい二人組が店先でシャッターしてた。一人が暑さのせいかどうにも具合が悪そうで、待機椅子も無いので仕方無く何かに腰掛けたところ、隙間からチラチラこちらを見ていた店主にイキナリ怒鳴られているのを目の当たりにした。いやいやソコは『大丈夫ですか？』だろうと！具合の悪そうな客を怒鳴りつけてもし何かあったらどうするつもりだったんだろうか。その光景を見て以来気分が悪くなり、二度とこの店には入ってませんでした。さて前置きが長くなりましたが···、そんな事を露とも知らない仕事上の知人の誘いを無碍に出来ず、因縁の来店｡｡｡変わってないのって杏仁豆腐くらいなんじゃないのかってくらいメニューは全てが変わっていた。ハッキリいって昔の塩ラーメンのほうが断然美味かったよ。コレって塩辛いデカチャーシューが乗っかっただけの、値段爆上がりしたクドいラーメン食わせてるだけじゃん。どうも冷静だとは言い難い気分でレビューしましたが、昔の味を知っている人が居れば、単なるアンチレビューでない事だけは理解出来ると思いますよ。

醤油ラーメン1320円をいただきました。スープはやや甘口深い味わいで塩味は強いが具材とのボリュームでバランスが良い。麺はストレートの卵麺。具材はかなり大きい八角の効いたホロホロの煮チャーシューに焦し葱に大量のもやしに青葱、スープに麺と絡めて食べると尚美味い。後は暑い夏に冷たいお絞りと女将の気遣いに感謝。
